Clinical Training and Sales Manager

NeuroWave Systems Inc. is a medical device manufacturer of advanced brain monitoring systems for use in the operating room and other clinical settings, and a pioneering developer of an autopilot for delivery of anesthesia/sedation for military and civilian applications. We are looking to fill an IMMEDIATE opening for a Clinical Training and Sales Manager. We are looking for someone with a strong background in medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry, great work ethics and exceptional interpersonal skills. The candidate must be persistent, driven and willing to travel both domestically and internationally. Job Function:

The Clinical Training and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing clinical and business partnerships for establishing clinical reference centers and selling NeuroWave's medical devices in the US and international markets. The Clinical Training and Sales Manager will also build product awareness and increase market share by conceiving, planning, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies. He/she will also obtain user/KOL feedback and conduct clinical literature and market research for product improvements and potential new medical device products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and prospect new leads with clinical clients to establish clinical reference centers and customer base for NeuroWave's NeuroSENSE product in the US
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, training and client meetings
  • Establish and foster relationships with anesthesia and critical care clinicians and nurses
  • Attend trade shows, clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences to strengthen existing and generate new customer relations including finding new Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's)
  • Conduct post-market surveillance and obtain customer feedback
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide inputs to further marketing materials
  • Further on-line presence and track analytics
  • Develop and meet marketing and sales budgets
  • Set sales projections and meet forecasts
  • Manage and deploy e-mail campaigns to NeuroWave's customer database
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and provide feedback to engineering and other groups
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising. Maintain competitive research databases/libraries
  • Conduct clinical literature and market research for product improvements and R&D of new medical devices.
  • Create product content (e.g., case studies, product videos, user guides, FAQs) to articulate the benefits of our products to prospective customers
  • Plan, write, and push press releases to build product awareness
  • Assist in writing and presenting papers on the value of NeuroWave technologies.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, nursing, science, medical technology, or equivalent (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry
  • General understanding of anesthesia concepts, practices and pharmacology preferred
  • Exceptional professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to work with team members in all company departments
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel from clinical, technical to high level executive management
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure responsibilities are completed on time
  • Ability to take initiative and perform duties with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Publisher)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
